Living Spaces

First, I enjoyed and was grateful for all the details and information regarding vacationing in Hawai'i. Choosing a vacation home was our biggest concern because they are expensive and it is truly investing a lot of money sight unseen. We appreciate that we were coming late to the game, but the photos of our Hainoa house gave us a vague idea of what we would get and for the most part, we enjoyed everything. I do wish we had been given a heads-up about how far from the actual resort we were. We felt isolated and were always having to take a lot of time to get anywhere. Before we arrived, I felt a little disengaged from the resort and never quite understood what the Opt-in and Opt-out business was. And it was SO exorbitant! For someone paying full freight for the house, we should not have been denied usage of even the smallest amenities at the Four Seasons. Very aggravating! Regarding the house, we thought everything was lovely, everything worked and it was spanking clean. We would have appreciated some extra beach towels however! Mostly, we appreciated the kindness of our agents who gave us great direction and help.
