Hainoa Estate 102 offers four beautifully appointed bedroom suites, each designed to provide privacy, comfort, and a peaceful connection to the surrounding landscape. Individual climate controls and lanai access throughout the home ensure personalized comfort for every guest.
The primary suite serves as a tranquil sanctuary featuring a California king bed, private lanai, and stunning views of the Kona coastline. The spa-inspired en-suite bathroom includes dual vanities, a deep soaking tub, and a spacious walk-in shower, creating the perfect retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Equally inviting, the second primary suite features a California king bed and private lanai with beautiful coastal vistas. The luxurious en-suite bathroom offers privacy and comfort, making this suite ideal for couples traveling together.
Designed with flexibility in mind, the third guest suite offers two twin beds that may be converted into a king-sized bed upon request. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and elegant finishes throughout.
The fourth bedroom is a private Ohana-style suite offering two twin beds that may be converted into a king. Important Resort Notices
Please note that Hualālai Resort hosts several annual events that may affect resort operations and guest access.
The annual Chairman's Club Event will take place at Four Seasons Resort Hualālai from November 30 through December 5, 2026. During this period, access to select resort amenities may be limited. Resort access policies are managed exclusively by Hualālai Resort and may change without notice.
Each January, Hualālai Resort hosts the Mitsubishi Electric Championship, which may result in temporary modifications to guest access and resort operations.
Guests visiting during October should also be aware that the IRONMAN World Championship is scheduled for October 10, 2026. Significant road closures and traffic delays are expected throughout the Kona and Kohala Coast regions during race week. Guests are encouraged to plan transportation accordingly.
Resort Access Fees
Guests may elect to participate in Hualālai Resort's amenity access program for a minimum of two consecutive days. If selected, all members of the household must participate. Fees are paid directly to Hualālai Resort, which operates independently and reserves the right to modify rates and policies without notice.
