Resort Access
Hualalai Resort amenities are available through a resort access package, with daily fees paid directly to Hualalai Resort and separate from the rental rate.
Current published daily resort access rates include:
• Shoulder Season: Adults $80; Keiki ages 5–13 $40; ages 4 and under complimentary
• Peak Season: Adults $125; Keiki ages 5–13 $63; ages 4 and under complimentary
• Peak of Peak Season: Adults $185; Keiki ages 5–13 $93; ages 4 and under complimentary
• Festive Season: Adults $250; Keiki ages 5–13 $125; ages 4 and under complimentary
Seasonal resort access policies vary. During Peak of Peak Season, rental guests may submit on-property reservation requests through Club Concierge beginning 60 days before their resort access start date. During Festive Season, a dedicated Festive Concierge Desk facilitates on-property reservations.
During Peak of Peak and Festive Seasons, chaise lounges for residential and rental guests are available on designated lawns and beaches as directed by Pool Operations.
Rental guests are provided a one-time opportunity to opt into resort access during their stay, with the entire household participating for a minimum of two consecutive days.
Guests should confirm current resort access policies and amenity availability directly with Hualalai Resort or the Club Concierge prior to arrival.
Good to Know
- For stays of 14 nights or longer, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee applies. Additional guests may be accommodated upon request, with additional guest fees applying if approved.
- Guests traveling during the October 2026 IRONMAN World Championship should anticipate significant road closures and traffic delays throughout the Kona and Kohala areas surrounding race day on October 10. Travelers are encouraged to plan additional time for transportation and follow local detours and traffic-control measures.
- Hualalai Resort also hosts several major annual events that may temporarily affect access to select amenities, including the Chairman’s Club Event and Mitsubishi Electric Championship. Resort access and amenity availability are managed entirely by Hualalai Resort and may change at the resort’s discretion.
- The Beach Tree Pool is scheduled for a temporary closure from September 8 through November 15 for repairs and enhancements. During the closure, Beach Tree Restaurant will remain open, with continued beachfront food and beverage service. Guests with resort access may continue to enjoy the resort’s other swimming facilities and designated shoreline areas.
