Important Resort Information
Please note that Hualalai Resort hosts several annual events that may temporarily affect guest access to select amenities. The annual Chairman's Club Event takes place from November 30 through December 5, 2026, and the Mitsubishi Electric Championship is held each January. During these periods, Resort access is managed exclusively by Hualalai Resort and may be modified without notice.
Additionally, the Beach Tree Pool will be temporarily closed from September 8 through November 15 for repairs and enhancements. Beach Tree Restaurant will remain open for lunch and dinner, beachfront food and beverage service will continue, and guests with Resort access may enjoy Hualalai's seven additional swimming facilities. Guests may also enjoy the shoreline using their own beach chairs from the residence.
Access to Hualalai Resort amenities requires the purchase of optional Daily Resort Guest Passes, which are paid directly to Hualalai Resort and are not included in the rental rate.

Children ages four and under receive complimentary Resort access.
Resort participation requires a minimum purchase of two consecutive days, and all registered guests within the reservation must participate. Resort fees, policies, and amenity availability are determined exclusively by Hualalai Resort and remain subject to change without notice. Following confirmation of your reservation, the Resort team will contact you directly to coordinate access.
Guests visiting during the IRONMAN World Championship in October 2026 (race day: October 10) should anticipate significant road closures and traffic delays throughout the Kona and Kohala areas and are encouraged to plan travel accordingly.
Mandatory mid-stay housekeeping applies to reservations of 14 nights or longer. While thoughtfully designed, portions of the residence may not be fully wheelchair accessible. Guests requiring accessibility accommodations are encouraged to contact us in advance, and we are happy to assist with coordinating independent rental or purchase of portable accessibility ramps if desired.
