• Oceanview Primary Suite
The spacious primary suite features a king bed, private lanai overlooking the golf course and Pacific Ocean, and direct access to a tranquil outdoor shower garden. The spa-inspired en-suite bathroom includes dual vanities, a deep soaking tub, walk-in shower, and elegant finishes that create a peaceful sanctuary.
• Guest Suite Two
This inviting suite features a queen bed, private lanai access, and a beautifully appointed en-suite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for additional guests.
• Guest Suite Three
Designed with flexibility in mind, this suite offers two twin beds that may be converted into a king upon request. Guests enjoy a private en-suite bathroom and direct access to a secluded outdoor garden.
• Guest Suite Four
The fourth suite features a king bed, private lanai access, and an elegant en-suite bathroom, completing the home's thoughtfully designed accommodations.

Good to Know
• Please be advised that during the IRONMAN World Championship in October 2026 (race day: October 10), there will be significant road closures and traffic delays throughout the Kona and Kohala areas. These closures may impact driving routes and travel times during your stay. Detours and traffic control measures will be in place to accommodate the event. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and recommend planning your travel accordingly.• The Beach Tree Pool at Hualālai will be temporarily closed September 8–November 15 for repairs and enhancements. Beach Tree Restaurant will remain open for lunch and dinner, with continued beachfront food and beverage service available during the project. Guests who have purchased access to the Hualālai Resort amenities package may continue to enjoy Hualālai’s seven other swimming facilities during the closure. Guests may also enjoy the shoreline area with their own beach chair from the unit.

Important Resort Information
Access to Hualālai Resort amenities is available through the Resort Access Program and requires payment of applicable daily resort fees directly to the resort. Resort management maintains sole discretion over amenity availability, fees, restaurant reservations, and resort policies, all of which are subject to change without notice.
Guests should note the following seasonal events and resort updates:
• The annual Chairman's Club Event, held from November 30 through December 5, 2026, will result in limited access to portions of the resort and its amenities.
• Each January, the Mitsubishi Electric Championship brings temporary modifications to guest access throughout the resort.
• Security cameras are located on the driveway for property security and are covered or deactivated during guest stays.
