Important Resort Notices

Please note that the annual Chairman's Club Event will take place at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai from November 30 through December 5, 2026. During this period, access to certain resort amenities may be limited. Access policies are managed exclusively by Hualalai Resort and may change without notice.

Additionally, Hualalai Resort hosts the annual Mitsubishi Electric Championship each January. Temporary modifications to guest access at select resort amenities may occur during the tournament period. Access remains subject to resort management policies and availability.

Our family of nine (us plus kids and grandkids) had a wonderful stay in Hualalai. The Pakui Street home was perfect and the golf carts were a big game changer! The home is beautifully decorated and perfectly appointed. Great kitchen with everything we needed. All the beach equipment we needed, plus pool toys and backyard furniture. The staff was very helpful throughout, and the concierge services to make arrangements prior to our arrival was extremely helpful. We couldn't be more delighted with the trip!

The rental was as described, Perfect size for our family. Pool was great and the home was fully stocked. However, feels like the home might be showing its age. The outlets in the master bath did not work (we were informed of this but had to wait a few days before someone came to fix them). The hot tub/spa had issues throughout the week and did not work properly until later in the week. At one point the water ran and spilled over onto the deck. The tv in the separate suite was not hooked up and the maintenance team had to come in and find the apple tv stuff in the garage and set everything up. Again, overall it was a great property, great location and well stocked - but for the price we were surprised at how many issues we experienced.

Perfect property! We rented three places for an extended family reunion, and this was the favorite. Great patio and BBQ, and house/kitchen wonderfully appointed. The Xtra fast cart was a hit too! It's for sale- if only I had an extra four million laying around.....
