Resort Reservations & Access Policies
- During Shoulder and Peak Seasons, the booking-window and chaise lounge policies will not apply.
- During Peak of Peak Season, rental guests may submit on-property reservation requests through Club Concierge beginning 60 days before their resort access start date.
- During Festive Season, a dedicated Festive Concierge Desk is scheduled to open in mid-November to facilitate on-property reservations.
- During Peak of Peak and Festive Seasons, chaise lounges for residential and rental guests will be available on lawns and beaches as directed by Pool Operations.
Rental guests have a one-time opportunity to opt into resort access during their stay. The entire household must participate for a minimum of two consecutive days, without a break in access.
Please confirm current access requirements, reservations, fees, and amenity availability directly with Hualalai Resort before your arrival, as resort policies may change.
Scheduled Resort Events & Facility Updates
- Chairman's Club Event: November 30–December 5, 2026. The event at Four Seasons Resort Hualālai may result in limited access to resort facilities and amenities.
- Mitsubishi Golf Tournament: January 16–24, 2027. Resort access and amenities may be limited during the tournament.
- Beach Tree Pool Closure: September 8–November 15. The year should be confirmed with the resort before publication. Beach Tree Restaurant is expected to remain open for lunch and dinner, with beachfront food and beverage service continuing during the project. Guests with a purchased Hualālai Resort amenities package may use the resort's other seven swimming facilities, subject to availability. The shoreline remains available for guests bringing their own beach chairs.
IRONMAN Race Notice
During the IRONMAN Race on October 9, 2027, extensive road closures throughout the Kona and Kohala areas may affect traffic and driving routes. Alternative routes and traffic diversions may be implemented to accommodate the event. Guests are encouraged to plan travel accordingly and allow additional time for transportation.
