Important Hualalai Resort Fee Information
Guests have access to Hualalai Resort's world-class amenities, but there is an additional daily resort charge, along with the villa rental. The charges provide access to the pools at the resort, spa, golf course, and other first-class amenities. Resort charges are not required to book this home vacation rental but are required for access to the facilities of Four Seasons Resort Hualalai.
Between 2025 and January 3, 2026, the daily resort guest charge is $75 to $230 per person, plus tax, depending on the season. The guests who wish to come to the resort must sign up for at least two consecutive days, and the entire family must enroll. The fees are paid to the resort directly, which is a different company from our company and has complete control over all aspects of resort access, such as policy, restaurant reservations, and charging to accounts.
