While the construction is not immediately adjacent, guests may experience occasional noise or visual impacts during daytime hours. In consideration of this, rates have been adjusted to offer excellent value and to accommodate any potential inconvenience during your stay.

• Please be advised that during the IRONMAN World Championship in October 2026 (race day: October 10), there will be significant road closures and traffic delays throughout the Kona and Kohala areas. These closures may impact driving routes and travel times during your stay. Detours and traffic control measures will be in place to accommodate the event.
