The upper level serves as the heart of the home, featuring a spacious open-concept great room with soaring vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, and panoramic ocean views. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass pocket doors create a seamless transition between the interior living areas and the expansive covered lanai, allowing refreshing island breezes to flow throughout the home.

Located on the lower level, the spacious primary suite features a king bed, flat-screen television, generous walk-in closet, and a private oceanview lanai. The luxurious en-suite bathroom offers dual vanities, an oversized soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, and Hualālai's signature private tropical outdoor shower garden.
Connected to the primary suite through sliding pocket doors is a private retreat room complete with a piano, comfortable sofa seating, flat-screen television, and an additional oceanview lanai that opens onto the expansive grassy lawn—an ideal setting for sunset cocktails, family playtime, or peaceful relaxation.
• Guest Suite
Situated on the upper level, this inviting guest bedroom features a queen-size bed, contemporary furnishings, flat-screen television, and a private balcony with beautiful views of Mt. Hualālai. A full bathroom with granite countertops and a tiled walk-in shower is conveniently located just outside the bedroom.
• Garden Suite
The third bedroom is located on the lower level and features two twin beds that may be converted into a king upon request. Sliding glass doors open onto a private garden patio surrounded by native Hawaiian landscaping and views of Mt. Hualālai. The adjoining bathroom includes granite countertops and a tiled walk-in shower.
