Important Resort Notices
Please note that the annual Chairman's Club Event will take place at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai from November 30 through December 5, 2026. During this period, access to certain resort amenities may be limited. Access policies are managed exclusively by Hualalai Resort and may change without notice.
Additionally, Hualalai Resort hosts the annual Mitsubishi Electric Championship each January. Temporary modifications to guest access at select resort amenities may occur during the tournament period. Access remains subject to resort management policies and availability.
Resort Access Fees
Most Hualalai Resort amenities require participation in the Resort Access Program. Fees are paid directly to Hualalai Resort and are not included in the rental rate.
A minimum two-consecutive-day enrollment is required, and all members of the household must participate. Children four years old and under receive complimentary access year-round.

Guests staying during the IRONMAN World Championship period in October 2026 should anticipate significant road closures and traffic delays throughout the Kona and Kohala regions, particularly on race day, October 10, 2026. Travel times may be extended, and advance planning is strongly recommended.
