Following a major renovation, Villa Nagabaaja (NAG) is a jewel in the crown of Anse des Cayes. The luxury rental property is distinguished by its designers’ attention to detail and eye for art. Villa Nagabaaja is spread over several levels, and each of its bedrooms is large, versatile, and well appointed. This makes it a good choice for a variety of groups, from families with adult children to groups of friends celebrating a special occasion. And for any guests, the Concierge can customize a memorable stay, whether that means bringing in chefs and sommeliers, or hiring yoga teachers and surf instructors, or just stocking the refrigerator.

The air-conditioned living area is spacious and bright, with high ceilings and a large television. It connects with the kitchen, which is handsome with its wood and green stone accents and has all the conveniences, including a kitchen bar. A few steps up from the living area, the video game room has a PlayStation 5.

Outside, the terrace serves as a breezy extension of the living space. It has several areas for sharing time together or enjoying solitude. There are beautiful sea views, a deck with lounge chairs for sunbathing, and a covered area with couches to stay protected from the elements. An infinity pool stretches along the front.

The bedrooms are on the highest level. Two of them are next to each other and share a terrace with sea views. The third bedroom faces the vegetation in the back, while the fourth is a few stairs up and has a private terrace with a partial sea view. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, a TV, and a European king-size bed. Three of them also have convertible sofa beds for extra sleeping arrangements.

The parking area is on the lowest level, and a flight of stairs takes you up to the main living areas. Please note that the driveway is steep and requires a 4x4 vehicle.
