As the name implies, Villa Surf House (SFH) is a stylish take on a classic surf house. The newly renovated luxury rental property is near one of the island’s best surf spots, Toiny Beach. Those who don’t partake in the sport can enjoy the beach for sunbathing or watching the experienced surfers catch waves. (Note that it is dangerous for swimming.)

Villa Surf House inspires easy living for friends or families to share. It has the relaxed feeling of a classic beach house while at the same time being contemporary and comfortable. The house is decorated in tropical St. Barth style, with natural materials and soft colors, along with patterned wallpaper and decorative cushions.

The main space is home to the living area and the kitchen and is designed for people to share. There is a wet bar with a television that is ideal for mixing cocktails to start the evening or for watching the game. The kitchen is equipped with a Woolf gas cooktop, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, and other necessities. This area can be fully air-conditioned.

Although the sea views from the main level are limited, there is a large terrace upstairs that has panoramic sea views, sun beds, and a dining table. The swimming pool is heated.

The bedrooms are on the lower level, along with the living spaces. One of them is in the main building, the second is in its own bungalow a few steps into the garden, and the third is in the back. This third bedroom can be set up with two twin beds or one king bed and has a small kitchenette. All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and televisions.

There is also a mezzanine with a comfortable sitting area, a desk, and a TV. This space works well as an office if needed.
