Independence Lodge is a newly built 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom Breckenridge home that sleeps 14. Outdoor lovers will enjoy the nearby access to Dercum Mountain’s biking, skiing, and hiking trails. Multiple living spaces and dual primary bedrooms make this home the ideal getaway for multiple families or large groups.

Guests enter this home on the second floor, where cathedral ceilings and wood beams add rustic charm to the modern decor. The luxury kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, including a side-by-side fridge and freezer, dishwasher, and 6-burner gas stove. Guests can use the coffee grinder and brewer for their morning caffeine fix while discussing the day's plans at the 4-person breakfast bar. The dining area has a table for 10 and access to the outdoor deck. After a day on the slopes, warm up on the leather sectional in front of the gas fireplace and 76” TV. When bedtime arrives, choose from the 2 bedrooms on this floor. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, fireplace, and private bathroom with a separate shower and soaking tub. The guest bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom.

Head down to the first floor to find the second living space with a gas fireplace, 66” TV, and kitchenette with a wine fridge. Then, step through the sliding glass door and relax in the new Arctic Spas hot tub that can fit 10. Down the hall is a mudroom with ski lockers and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. A guest bedroom with a twin-over-queen bunk bed and another bedroom with 2 full-over-queen bunk beds share a bathroom.

On the third floor is a large bedroom with a king bed, a deck with stunning mountain views, and a private bathroom.

Independence Lodge is the ultimate mountain getaway. Guests can park in the driveway, or away from the elements in the 3-car garage. For the closest ski access, head west on Independence Lane and turn right on Independence Road. Then, take another left onto Montezuma Road and again onto Gondola Road. River Run Gondola will be on the left.
