Wailea Beach Villas' Penthouse 301 boasts an ocean view and 2,500 sq. ft. of luxury living. This Maui Villa is beautifully decorated, comfortable and relaxing, inviting you to feel right at home. Being a short walk to the beach, you'll definitely feel like you are in paradise during your entire stay. Its position on the third floor of the building allows for peace, quiet and views! It can only be accessed by a private elevator, so you'll enjoy as much privacy as possible. 

The penthouse unit includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king-size bed, as is the second bedroom. There are two twin-size beds in the unit's third bedroom. A total of eight guests can stay comfortably in the suite. There's a bathroom for every bedroom, and each includes impressive, luxurious appointments.

The great room area has plenty of space and has a full dining room table able to accommodate up to eight, and a spacious living room area. In the living room, guests can enjoy a 55-inch flat screen TV with a Blu-ray DVD player and HD cables. The kitchen is also equipped with a blender, toaster oven, electric tea kettle, and even a rice cooker. This luxury penthouse unit also comes fully stocked with kitchen cookware, glasses, and utensils.

If you can't completely unplug while you're away, the entire condo is equipped with high speed internet access. There are also several phone lines and a messaging service. If you want to watch the breathtaking Hawaiian sunrise, you can request a wakeup call or use the alarm clocks in your unit.
